耳蜗韧化的机制

1 耳蜗韧化(Toughening现象)的概念
在强声暴露前,先给予一低强度、长时程的噪声(或称条件化噪声)进行适应性刺激,经过条件化噪声暴露的动物如豚鼠、兔、灰鼠、苍鼠或人的耳蜗对其后的强声暴露造成的听力损害均表现出一定程度的抵抗力,即耳蜗似乎由于条件化噪声的锻炼变得坚韧了,这种条件化噪声暴露后的耳蜗对强声暴露产生抵抗作用的现象称为耳蜗韧化(Toughening现象)。耳蜗韧化的另一种表现形式为重复暴露于低水平噪声后的个体对初始的暂时性阈移产生的主动的进行性抵抗,表明由于非创伤性条件化噪声的锻炼,耳蜗对噪声的损害产生了缓冲和抵抗作用[1~4]。……
