分泌性中耳炎对诱发性耳声发射的影响

  目前大多数学者都认为耳声发射是耳蜗主动生物学机制的反映,起源于外毛细胞,外毛细胞主动活动使基底膜发生振动,产生的能量通过内淋巴传导推动听骨链及鼓膜,引起外耳道内的空气振动,形成的声信号最终被微音器探头所识别.……
