自身免疫性内耳病的临床诊断与治疗

1979年McCabe首先提出自身免疫性感音神经性聋(au-toimmune sensorineural hearing loss,AISNHL).以后的研究发现自身免疫性损害不仅累及耳蜗,也可累及前庭,故称之为自身免疫性内耳病(autoimmune inner ear disease,AIED). ……
