乳突振荡对半规管耳石复位疗效的影响
Effect of Mastoid Oscillation on Canalith Repositioning Procedure

摘 要：目的研究在半规管耳石复位(CRP)时使用乳突振荡是否可以提高CRP治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的效果.方法采用随机对照试验,将62名诊断为后半规管BPPV的患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组36人,进行CRP加乳突振荡治疗,对照组26人,单纯进行CRP.结果治疗1周后,实验组的有效率为94%,对照组有效率为72%,治疗后3～4个月,两组复发率分别为18%和22%.结论使用乳突振荡可以提高CRP对BPPV的治疗效果,对治疗后复发无影响.
