听神经瘤手术中听觉损伤及听觉保护的研究进展

听神经瘤(acoustic neuroma,AN)为原发于第Ⅷ颅神经鞘膜上的肿瘤,为神经膜瘤,属良性肿瘤.它主要来自于位听神经的前庭神经分支,故又有"前庭神经鞘瘤(vestibularschwannoma,VS)"之称.早期,肿瘤位于内听道底,逐渐长大后,侵蚀内听道各壁,致使内听道口扩大并向小脑桥脑角方向扩展.……
