先天性颞骨胆脂瘤

先天性胆脂瘤较后天性胆脂瘤少见,其表现为完整鼓膜内侧出现角化的表皮样团块状物. House于1953年首先描述了中耳先天性胆脂瘤,1961年Cawthorne 报道了一系列病例,并引用他本人实验中的一个病例,提出了有关胆脂瘤先天起源的争论.关于先天性颞骨胆脂瘤可能的病因学和发病机理有众多讨论,不同学者提出了各自的假说,现就其病因、病理及诊断等综述如下.……
