听神经病

Starr等[1]称之为听神经病(auditory neuropathy,AN)的症状群是由于第Ⅷ颅神经的听神经受损引起的一种临床表现特殊的感音神经性聋.近年来引起越来越多的关注.早在1980年巳有听力损失轻微而听性脑干反应(ABR)缺失之间相矛盾的报道.耳声发射(OAE)的应用,对耳蜗及蜗后病变的鉴别提供了可靠的诊断依据,使人们对这种主客观矛盾现象有了新的认识.……
