重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征耳蜗功能的临床观察

摘 要:目的观察重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS )患者的耳蜗功能变化.方法测试观察20例重度OSAHS患者的瞬态诱发性耳声反射 (transiently evoked otoacoustic emissions,TEOAE)和畸变产物耳声发射(distorti on-product otoacoustic emissions,DPOAE)以及ABR.结果 TEOAE检出率42.5%,频谱能量分布主要在0.5~2 kHz;DPOAE各频率的反应幅值在0.5~8 kHz处均显著下降,各频率的检出率约37.5~85.0%.结论反复发作的OSAHS能够导致耳蜗功能受损 .
