  热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)广泛存在于原核、真核细胞中,进化上高度保守,具有显著同源性,在细胞中发挥重要作用.当生物细胞受到各种理化因素(如热、氧化剂、重金属、创伤、病原体感染、缺氧、某些细胞因子)刺激后发生应激反应,使热休克蛋白合成增加,起到应激保护作用,又称为应激蛋白(stress protein,SP)[1].同时,一些主要的HSP是正常存在的,并且大多为细胞行使正常功能所必须的基因(蛋白)家族成员.它们与具有不同功能的各种蛋白质,在细胞中形成复合体,并通过其形成和解离而参与有关蛋白的折叠、亚基的组成、细胞内运输及降解,从而调节靶蛋白的活性和功能,但又不参与靶蛋白的组成.因此,HSP又称为"分子伴侣"(molecular chaperone)[2].HSP通常依其分子量的大小分为:HSP90、HSP70、HSP60和小分子HSP等几个家族[3].本文就近年来关于HSP尤其是HSP70在耳蜗的表达,以及HSP70在耳蜗细胞的损伤中的可能机制作一概述.  ……
