颧骨复合体肥大缩小术
Reduction of prominent malar complex

摘 要：目的探讨治疗颧骨复合体肥大的新型外科整复术.方法采用头皮冠状切口,用微型来复锯从颧额缝向内下截开到颧颌缝下缘,保留眶外侧壁.在颧弓结节前1 cm斜形截断颧弓,离断的颧骨复合体仍与软组织附着,维持骨块血供.向上、向内、向后移动带蒂骨块使其转位,并用微型钛板和钢丝固定.对于颧骨体突出者,仅用口内人路骨刀凿去部分颧突骨质.本组共完成手术病例12例,其中男3例,女9例,年龄21～36岁.结果所有病例术后随访3～24个月,面型改善明显.结论本术式设计合理,改型效果满意,术后无骨吸收,疗效稳定.
